Welcome new patients via inbound call

Support existing patients by sending requests

Warm-transferring to the center

and emergent Medical Escalations

Connect patients with clinicians or an On-Call Surgeon

Adhere to Quality Assurance requirements

Capture and enter patient information

Enter detailed notes within our CRM systems

Adhere to compliance with call flow

Adhere to light medical screening questions

Own the first impression of the patient journey

Offer support in finding solutions
