We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Sales CRM Coordinator to join our Client, Growth & Strategy division and play a key role in enabling our strategic growth agenda. Your Opportunity In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Strategic Growth team , supporting the delivery of high-impact initiatives that drive business development and strengthen strategic partnerships. You’ll bring structure, creativity, and coordination to the way we develop and deliver sales content, while acting as the go-to expert for CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365). What You’ll Be Doing You’ll contribute to our growth strategy by: * Owning CRM excellence (Dynamics 365) Acting as the SME for CRM, maintaining data quality, optimising usage, and supporting the team with insights, reporting, and best practice. * Driving sales enablement Supporting the creation and coordination of business development, strategic partnership, and go-to-market (GTM) content , ensuring alignment with key priorities and messaging. * Creating compelling sales content Developing and maintaining high-quality sales collateral, presentations, and product documentation to support client conversations and growth opportunities. * Enabling team capability uplift Coordinating training, knowledge-sharing, and product insights sessions to uplift cap
