What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Fluent in written and spoken English, Basic knowledge of banking, Basic knowledge of MS word, excel, Experience in front office/client interaction

Nice to Have

Working knowledge of investment products, Additional knowledge of various types of mutual fund schemes, cut-off timings etc.

What You'll Do.

Service client relationships with RMs and AMs

Support AM/RM in managing client requirements

Process banking related client documents

Process KYC reviews for clients

Send forms for client signatures

Handle client queries

Coordinate with internal teams for WM transactions

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with Relationship Managers; Work closely with Account Managers; Coordinate with internal teams across the bank

Communication Scope

Good communication is essential (verbal and written)
