Must Have

Hospitality Sales & Catering, Reservations and Administrative Assistance experience are strongly recommended to succeed in this position, Computer literate with knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Power Point, Superior written and oral communication skills, Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to set daily priorities., Will be required to work weekends and may be required to work holidays

Nice to Have

Diploma or Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management is an asset, Entrepreneurial spirit is a definite asset

What You'll Do.

Filter all incoming sales calls and emails

responding or forwarding to the appropriate team member in a timely manner

Administrative duties such as creating and managing

Coordinating multiple special projects and providing clerical support to the sales team

Develop and maintain assigned sales accounts

primarily to include direct online leads

Adhere to established goals and objectives
