This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.   Our client is a growing coaching, education, and community-based business focused on helping individuals achieve meaningful personal and professional growth through programs, memberships, courses, and coaching experiences. As the business continues to scale, they are seeking a highly organized Sales Coordinator to help create structure, maintain visibility across the sales pipeline, and ensure every qualified prospect receives a consistent and professional experience from initial inquiry through enrollment. Role Overview The Sales Coordinator will own lead pipeline management from initial inquiry through booked conversations and enrollment support. The Sales Coordinator will serve as a critical operational partner to the sales team by managing lead tracking, follow-up processes, scheduling, pipeline organization, and CRM accuracy. This role is ideal for a highly organized, process-driven professional who enjoys creating structure, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring no qualified lead falls through the cracks. Location Fully Remote | 9:00-5:00 EST Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Follow-Up - Manage inbound leads from social media, applications, email, and referrals. - Conduct timely and consistent lead follow-up. - Ensure every lead receives appropriate follow-up and nurturing. - Reactivate cold and past leads. - Coordinate prospect movement throughout the sales pipeline. CRM Management & Pipeline Organization - Own CRM hygiene and lead tracking processes. - Maintain accurate lead records and pipeline visibility. - Manage large lead volumes while maintaining organization and accuracy. - Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and sales metrics. - Ensure all prospect information is properly documented and updated.
