Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles, organizational and multitasking skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software, Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
What You'll Do.
Communicate with customers to track and maintain on-time deliverables
Act as the main point of contact for customer information regarding shipment and order tracking
Support the sales team with order entry

Coordinate and support daily activities of the sales team
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Provide training on how to use stow Calculator
Calculate and prepare quotations with sales interaction and guidance
Advise customers by phone and email of any changes to shipping or on-time delivery
Enter orders in SAP & ensure they are processed according to customer requirements
Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time
Take care of commercial and administrative communication with customers
Process sales orders accurately
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
Communicate with clients regarding order status
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the sales team as necessary

Support the sales team; Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the sales and deliveries are handled efficiently; Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations; Escalate issues to the sales team as necessary
