What You'll Do.
providing day-to-day administration related to post-sale activities
supporting the Enterprise Sales team to ensure timely delivery and execution of the sales process
partnering with the Enterprise Sales team on all facets of client relations
administering the contract process from creation to execution for direct clients or agencies
creating and processing any related forms
managing the internal Proof of Performance process
liaising with the Ship-in teams to manage quality control of the photos
assisting with the billing process
establishing a good working relationship with clients
developing and maintaining relationships with clients and accounts
juggling several projects and ideas at once
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with the Enterprise Sales team on all facets of client relations.; Facilitate daily communication between account teams, creative, and inventory managers to help fulfill client requests.; Liaise with sales, billing and the collection teams to assist with the billing process.; Develop and maintain relationships with clients and accounts, finance, and operations and contribute to the achievement of quality results.
