Full Job Description
Lightspeed is growing fast and as a result we are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team in Ghent. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving all new sales opportunities, along with processing software returns, helping customers with payment applications, processing sales adjustments, all while supporting the local sales teams in Ghent with administrative tasks post sales. You’ll need to thrive on complex problems, be a quick learner and team player to help keep this machine running. What you’ll be doing: - Provide insight and support to members of the Sales teams for opportunity processing. - Review, consolidate and reconcile orders, contracts and payments. - Process hardware shipments. - Work with customers to resolve billing and subscriptions inquiries. - Review reports to monitor and boost team efficiency and streamline daily operations. And a little bit of.... - Ensure that sales meet financial and legal requirements. - Contribute to wider company initiatives, and projects outside of daily tasks. - Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management. What you need to bring: - Experience in an administrative function - Experience in a SaaS and/or technology-related field - Knowledge of Mac OS X, iOS, G Suite.
