Join our team and seize the extraordinary opportunity to influence the everyday! **We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join VITA Brands Nordics** The Sales Coordinator supports the Nordic sales organization by ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate data, and a high level of service toward both customers and internal teams. The role works closely with KAMs and cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance. ### **Main responsibilities:** * Maintain customer and product master data in SAP * Manage pricing, discounts, and customer agreements in SAP and PriceFX * Handle product listings, delistings, and assortments * Update external databases and provide accurate customer data * Prepare sales reports (Power BI, BW, Excel) and support analysis * Support KAMs with pricing, presentations, and sales activities * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure correct orders, pricing, and deliveries * Handle pricing discrepancies, claims, and EDI issues ### **Experience & skills:** * 3+ years of experience in sales coordination or similar * Degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent * Experience in SAP and strong Excel skills (Power BI is a plus) * Fluent in English and Norwegian or Swedish (Finnish is a plus) ### **Who you are:** * Structured and detail-oriented * Analytical with a commercial mindset * Proactive and solution-driven * Strong communicator and team player * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment If you are looking for a role where you can work close to the business, take ownership, and contribute to improving sales operations in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
