You'll leverage your previous IT hardware experience to develop strong relationships with existing and new clients, identify opportunities, and support the sales process from proposal to close. This is a fast-paced environment where you'll hit the ground running and have the opportunity to contribute directly to the team's success, with potential for career advancement. Our offices are based in (Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney – Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch). We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best! **What you’ll do ** As Sales Coordinator you will: * Plan and prioritise sales support activities towards achieving agreed business goals, whilst managing your time and productivity * Identify sales leads and escalating them to Business Development Managers * As a skilled specialist, this position completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways * Maintain sales statistics, records of sales performance and the customer database * Provide administrative support for the production of tenders, bids and other sales related documents * Receive, handle or escalate customer complaints related to the sale of our products/services * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to build a culture of service excellence * Displays a high level of operational discipline, ensuring Datacom and client processes, policies and procedures are followed and adhered to * Promote a positive culture within the te
