INTRODUCTION / SUMMARY: As a **Sales Coordinator** , you’ll support the daily execution and long-term effectiveness of the sales organization at **Bakon** , a Coperion brand – part of Hillenbrand, based in **Goes** , Netherlands. We design and deliver **bakery machinery and production lines** that help food producers operate efficiently and consistently at scale. You’ll contribute to disciplined sales operations, clear coordination across teams, and reliable commercial execution that supports sustainable growth. Your work will help connect people, systems, and processes across an international environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Provide day-to-day **administrative and organizational support** to the sales team to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent commercial execution. * Coordinate the preparation of **quotations** , **contracts** , and commercial documentation, working closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance to maintain compliance and clarity. * Maintain strong sales administration and customer relationship management discipline in **Salesforce** , including tracking quotations, customer actions, open accounts, and internal deadlines. * **Prepare** customer-facing presentations, internal sales reports, and forecasts in collaboration with the Head of Sales to support decision-making and planning. * Support tender processes by organizing structured bid documentation and ensuring alignment with technical and commercial requirements. * Act as a key coordination point between Bakon and Unifiller sales, application, and order teams to support joint projects and international opportunities. * Contribute to the rollout, maintenance, and **continuous improvement** of shared sales processes, tools, and documentation across teams.
