**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * **Forecasting & Planning:** You take ownership of the rolling sales forecasts across all entities, analyze deviations in revenue and profitability, and actively contribute to the annual planning process. * **Business Partnering:** Acting as a trusted business partner to Sales and Management, you support the sales functions and entities from a commercial and financial perspective and derive meaningful recommendations for action. * **Reporting & Analysis:** Your responsibilities include the preparation of monthly sales reports as well as ad-hoc, market and profitability analyses, including the presentation of relevant business developments to management. * **Pricing & Business Cases:** You analyze customer, product and pricing structures with a focus on contribution margins and profitability, while also supporting quotations, business cases and investment decisions. * **Management Support:** You prepare management presentations and decision-making materials in both German and English, translating complex topics into clear and actionable insights. * **Systems & Processes:** Working within a heterogeneous systems environment, you actively contribute to the further development of sales reporting as well as existing reporting and controlling processes. * **Month-End & Stakeholder Management:** You support the monthly reporting process across the entities, including accruals, provisions and claims management, while collaborating closely with international stakeholders. # Qualifications: * **Education:** You hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or a comparable commercial qualification. * **Professional Experience:** You bring several years of experience in Controlling, ideally with a strong focus on Sales, Commercial Finance or Business Partnering. * **Analytical Skills & Systems Affinity:** You have a strong numerical and analytical mindset combined with a high affinity for
