As a **Sales Consultant - Chat** , you will join a team who interact with existing or potential customers and share best practices and ideas. We take a consultative approach to sales - learning about the needs of each customer and fitting them into the best product or service available. Our mission is to provide a world-class sales experience to every customer we work with by giving them the tools and insights they need to make their vision a reality. **What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.** * Field inbound chats and identify areas to help our customers' online presence. * Educate customers about their website and current marketing strategy to help them understand the importance of having an online presence. * Provide consultation to customers regarding new products and services that will help their businesses succeed. * Provide issue resolutions within our scope of support; directing customers to paid solutions or third-party steps as appropriate. * Meet performance metrics that could include but are not limited to productivity and daily sales targets. * Demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment. * Apply solid sales skills to understand customer’s needs and close all sales with integrity. **Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.** * Must have at least 1 year Sales experience and be driven to meet and exceed sales objectives. * Proven experience in a chat-based environment (Chat LOB required). * Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written. * Strong passion for helping small and medium sized businesses succeed. **Why
