About the role: Samsara Technologies India Private Limited is looking for a Senior Business Application Engineer I — Sales Compensation Engineering. We are seeking a skilled Sales Compensation Engineer with hands-on expertise in Xactly Incent and Xactly Connect configuration, scripting, and platform support. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation in incentive compensation management (ICM) systems, combined with the ability to translate business compensation requirements into reliable platform configurations and data pipelines. This role partners closely with a US-based Technical Product Manager (Xactly SME) who owns the business and product side of Samsara's sales compensation platform, with the BLR engineer as the technical counterpart.
