What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, 3+ years of professional work experience, 1–2 years of experience supporting sales compensation, incentive compensation, sales operations, or related analytical functions, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis, Experience working with incentive compensation systems and CRM platforms, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Organizational skills, High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to data integrity
Nice to Have
Experience with CaptivateIQ or similar incentive compensation management platforms, Working knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools, Experience supporting global sales organizations and compensation processes, Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems, Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth organizations
What You'll Do.
Administer and maintain sales participant data within the sales compensation platform
Support the implementation
and ongoing administration of incentive compensation plans
Manage compensation plans and calculations within the incentive compensation platform
Validate sales compensation data for accuracy
Investigate and resolve compensation-related inquiries and discrepancies
Assist with requirements gathering
and continuous improvement initiatives
Support compensation reporting
and plan health-check reviews
Develop and deliver training and communication materials related to compensation processes
Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and meeting critical deadlines
Ensure compensation processes align with internal controls
and global operational standards
