What You'll Do.
Track variable compensation changes and update systems accordingly
terminate new employees in Xactly
Create and distribute Sales Compensation Plans to all sales employees
Troubleshoot data discrepancies to ensure accurate commissions are paid out monthly
Submit monthly payroll for North America and Europe sales teams
Work with vendor to resolve errors
Updates Compensation training tools and policy documents
and implement the Sales compensation plans
and management by objectives
Complete monthly compensation reconciliation process and quarterly bonus payouts
Support annual compensation review and planning process
Assist with the development and rollout of communication plan of compensation programs
Partner with Order Operations and Sales Support to reconcile
and verify payable opportunities
