3+ years of experience in sales compensation or commission administration, data analysis and data manipulation, ability to work confidently with large and complex data sets, Demonstrated experience populating commission payments and supporting accurate payouts, investigative and critical-thinking skills, with experience resolving data discrepancies, Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage recurring deadlines, Effective communicator with the ability to explain compensation outcomes clearly and professionally
Nice to Have
Experience with sales compensation or CRM tools (e. g. , Salesforce, Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Varicent, or similar), Familiarity with quota management processes and sales performance reporting, Experience supporting fast‑growing or global sales organizations
