Full Job Description
## Description Our client is seeking a motivated, people-oriented Sales & Client Relationship Consultant to support residential remodeling and construction projects. This role is focused on helping clients navigate early-stage decisions, understand their options, and move confidently from initial inquiry through signed agreement. This is a relationship-driven, consultative role, not a transactional sales position. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, building trust, and guiding clients through home improvement decisions with clarity and professionalism. ## Responsibilities 1. Client Engagement & Relationship Building Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, responding to inbound inquiries and referrals while building strong, trust-based relationships. 2. Consultative Guidance Help clients understand project options, budget considerations, and design direction. Translate needs into clear recommendations without requiring deep technical estimating knowledge. 3. Sales Process Ownership Manage the full front-end client journey, from first conversation through proposal acceptance and signed agreement. 4. Proposal Presentation & Closing Present project proposals, explain scope at a high level, address questions, and guide clients toward informed decisions. 5. Pipeline Management Track all opportunities using CRM tools, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-up throughout the sales cycle. 6. Customer Experience Deliver a professional, responsive, and positive client experience throughout the entire engagement process. ## Qualifications Construction & Remodeling ExpertiseStrong working knowledge of residential construction methods and remodeling workflows (kitchens, baths, additions), along with familiarity with key material systems such as cabinetry, tile, fixtures, and flooring.
