The Sales Business Planning Analyst plays a key role in managing the 3–9 month Sales Plan and transforming data into actionable insights. In this role, you will provide leadership with a clear view of future performance, highlight risks and opportunities, and help guide strategic decisions. You will work across global teams, turning complex information into clear, impactful recommendations. **Responsibilities:** * Own and lead the 3–9 month BU demand forecast across regions, customers, and segments * Deliver near-term Sales Plan insights (0–3 months) and track risks, opportunities, and qualification timing impacts * Partner with Pricing, Demand Planning, and Business Operations to align supply, ASPs, and sales strategies * Translate market trends, customer behavior, and performance data into actionable insights and recommendations * Lead quarterly business planning reviews and develop executive-ready presentations * Understand the MSR hand off to optimally align with Sales on supply priorities and actions that support BU and company targets * Track Customer/Product Qualifications to the 0-12 Month Sales Plan, highlighting Risks, Opportunities, and suggest push/pull of Sales Plan based off qualification timing. **Minimum Qualifications:** * Bach
