What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 5 years of proven, client-facing experience in a pure sales "hunter" or BD role, Mandatory experience working within a Creative, Digital, or Full-Service Marketing Agency, Must have a valid driver’s license, A "go-above-and-beyond" attitude with a relentless drive to hit high-volume meeting targets

Nice to Have

Experience in Real Estate or Healthcare is highly preferred

What You'll Do.

Spearhead new business acquisition

selling the full spectrum of 360 marketing solutions

aggressively identifying

and closing new business deals

Proactively hunt for new enterprise-level clients within the Real Estate

Lead initial meetings by asking sharp discovery questions to uncover client pain points and pre-qualify opportunities

Partner with the strategy and creative teams to support pitch preparation

Manage the process from initial cold outreach to negotiation and contract closure

Act as a strategic partner to prospects
