Must Have
Experience with a hospitality company and with guest services, Experience managing customer communications and relations, C1 English level, C1 Spanish level, Flexible, resilient and content with ambiguity and changes, Confident with working in cross-functional teams, Comfortable performing in a start-up environment
What You'll Do.
Assisting with the sales of rental apartments and guest services
Supporting and assisting the sales team with day-to-day tasks
Managing the sales cycle from lead reception to closing the deal
Converting leads into customers
Managing negotiations with prospective clients
Responding to customer inquiries related to new and existing reservations
Understanding customer needs and providing solutions
Providing personalized support to customers throughout the booking process
transparent and personalized communication with clients and potential clients
Drafting rental agreement contracts
Providing administrative assistance and support to the Demand team
