**Job Title:** Sales Automation Specialist **Location:** South Africa **Job Type:** Full-Time, Remote **Working Hours:** US Hours (9am-5pm EST) **Salary:** South African Rand (ZAR) A driven and tech-savvy Sales Automation Specialist is sought to support sales operations, lead generation workflows, and automation processes in a fast-paced remote environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales automation systems, supporting outreach campaigns, maintaining CRM data, and assisting with operational sales processes. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize workflows and systems efficiently. ### Key Responsibilities * Support and manage sales automation workflows and outreach processes * Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases * Assist with lead generation, outreach coordination, and follow-up activities * Monitor automation campaigns and ensure accurate workflow execution * Coordinate communication with prospects, clients, and internal teams * Track sales activities, reporting metrics, and operational updates * Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and automation efficiency * Maintain accurate documentation and workflow records * Support administrative and operational sales tasks as required * Assist with additional sales operations and automation projects as needed **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred * Previous experience in sales operations, sales support, automation, lead generation, or CRM management preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills required * Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and automation platforms required * Experience using CRM systems preferred * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities required * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills required * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment * Experience with sales automation tool
