**Job Description** Le Directeur des Ventes (Associate Director, sales) est responsable de l’atteinte des objectifs régionaux de vente et dirige l’équipe des Spécialistes Thérapeutique (ST). Le Directeur des Ventes travaille en étroite collaboration avec les ST et l’équipe Marketing pour : • Améliorer l’efficacité de toutes les activités de marketing et des ventes en dirigeant le processus de planification des comptes clients, en analysant constamment le suivi des plans dans tous les secteurs, en fournissant des conseils et des observations fondés sur les tendances les plus récentes du marché. • Contribuer au respect des règlementations locales relatives à la promotion (Charte de l’information par démarchage ou prospection visant à la promotion des médicaments version 2014 et référentiel HAS associé – version mars 2017)) et ce conformément aux Directives Vertex (Code de conduite, Politiques, Guidebook France). • Veiller à ce que les formations et le management de l’équipe des ST soient alignés sur les directives internationales et nationales, répondent aux normes les plus élevées du secteur en matière d’excellence commerciale dans leur exécution. • Assurer la diffusion appropriée de l’information promotionnelle par les ST, concernant les produits de Vertex à des moments opportuns, de manière éthique et axée sur les centres d’intérêt des Professionnels de santé. • Veiller à la mise en œuvre et à l’utilisation appropriées des systèmes de CRM et des tableaux de bord sur le suivi du plan. • Assurer une fonctionnalité croisée appropriée dans l’opérationnalisation des plans sur le terrain. • Assurer l’analyse et les remontées des activités des ST • Participer au suivi et prévision des ventes afin d’élaborer des plans de primes par semestre, en lien avec les recommandations et directives de l’équipe internationale Activités & Responsabilités principales : Assurer l’excellence dans le management de son équipe de Spécialistes Thérapeutiques (ST) : • Contribuer à l’améliorati
