Today, Thirdlove remains an innovative design-led brand, handling everything from R cleanliness including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events Who You Are Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by creating positive and memorable shopping experiences that build brand loyalty. Sales Support: Assist in achieving store performance goals through effective selling techniques and client engagement. Store Operations: Contribute to store cleanliness, upkeep, and operational tasks such as opening and closing duties, and using technology like Shopify and Endear. Visual Merchandising: Support visual display initiatives to ensure the store reflects brand standards. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members, providing support during new store openings, events, and coverage needs within the Leap cluster. Adaptability: Perform tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with varied hours, including weekends, holidays, and special events. Physical Tasks: Handle lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and maintaining an active presence on the sales floor. You Have Must be at least 18 years of age One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience; background in similar category preferred Comfortability working with/using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs Maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time.
