Ability to remain standing for up to 4 hours at a time, Ability to move about the store coaching and directing selling to customers and retrieving merchandise from stockroom or sales floor, Ability to grab, reach, push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch to retrieve and replenish merchandise from stockroom or sales floor, Ability to lift and/or move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs, Ability to ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and/or move merchandise, Available to work between 12 and 16 hours per week, with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, Regular and predictable attendance
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of employment.
Nice to Have
1 year of retail sales experience preferred., Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems preferred.

Promoting add-on sales and supporting events that grow store traffic and customer engagement
Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals
Collaborating with team members to maintain a positive
and high-performing store culture
Supporting onboarding of new associates by sharing product knowledge and best practices
Accurately and efficiently processing transactions including sales
and price checks using the POS system
Assisting in daily opening and closing procedures
and maintaining visual merchandising standards
Completing inventory transactions including
MOS (Mark Out of Stock)
and RARs (Return Authorization Requests)
Adhering to applicable wage and hour laws
Accurately recording time worked according to SLT Policy
Modeling and ensuring all Sur La Table policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are communicated effectively to associates
maintained and consistently followed
