As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in guiding prospective buyers through the stages of the homebuying journey while gaining hands-on experience in new home sales. ### **What You’ll Do** As a Sales Associate, you will support the sales process from first customer interaction through closing, while assisting the Sales Professional in delivering an exceptional homebuying experience. * Support the new home sales process from initial customer interaction through closing, partnering closely with the Sales Professional * Engage and guide prospective buyers through community tours, home features, and the stages of the homebuying journey * Assist with contract preparation, documentation, and coordination of pre-construction, loan, and closing activities * Build relationships with real estate agents and prospects while actively supporting marketing and lead generation efforts * Monitor model homes, inventory, and market competition to ensure quality presentation and maintain a competitive edge **Requirements** ### **What We’re Looking For** * Previous sales experience preferred * High School Diploma Required, Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment * Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills * Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused mindset * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * Comfortable working weekends (Saturday and Sunday required) **Benefits** ### **Why You'll Love Working Here:** At Perry Homes, we offer a co
