Qualify prospects by understanding their licensing needs and career goals. Provide detailed information about construction education programs and requirements. Guide customers through the course selection and enrollment process. Process orders and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Outbound Sales Activities Conduct proactive outreach to potential customers and leads. Follow up with prospects at key decision points in their buying journey. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities. Execute targeted outreach campaigns to specific customer segments. Reconnect with past customers for continuing education opportunities. Product Knowledge & Consulting Maintain expert knowledge of construction education products and licensing requirements. Stay current on state-specific contractor licensing regulations. Provide consultative guidance on education pathways and career development. Recommend appropriate course packages based on customer needs. Answer detailed questions about course content, format, and completion requirements. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current students
