What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment, Passion for customer service, Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing, or moving items of up to approximately 10-15kg, in a safe manner, Ability to carry out physical duties associated with a retail environment, including bending, reaching, kneeling, and climbing ladders where required, Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods during a shift

Ensure effective sales floor coverage
Educate on guest-facing initiatives
Resolve client needs quickly
Educate guests and staff
Understand and protect the Daily schedule
Assist in processing shipment
Ensure all front and back of house procedures are executed
Perform other tasks as needed
