Must Have

What You'll Do.
Ensuring a smooth process from business opportunity to order closing.
Support for lead processing and customer data updates.
Preparation and archiving of price offers according to regulations and templates.
Entry and processing of orders in IFS and Dynamics365 systems.
Management of documentation and contract signing process.
Processing of commission documents for agents and checking compliance with internal processes.
Support for the sales team and cooperation in organizing customer visits and events.
Cooperation with customer service as needed.
