What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–2 years of experience in administration, sales support, or operations, Familiarity with CRM tools, Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, written communication and organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, Comfortable working remote during U. S. business hours
Nice to Have
Experience creating proposals, presentations, or sales collateral, Familiarity with lead generation workflows or SDRDR support, Experience in B2B SaaS, professional services, or marketing agencies, Basic data analysis skills
What You'll Do.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Monitor and clean data
Coordinate internal prep meetings
and proofread sales proposals
Assist with RFP/RFI responses
Create and edit sales materials
Generate sales reports from CRM data
Track pipeline activity
Maintain dashboards for sales performance
Draft and send follow-up emails
Support inbound lead responses
Ensure timely and professional communication
Coordinate with marketing
Track deliverables for customer journey

Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams; Work closely with Account Executives and sales leadership
