### **🚀 Sales Assistant (CRM, Scheduling & Sales Operations Support) – Remote** **Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Business Hours** ### **💼 About the Role** We’re hiring a highly organized and execution-focused **Sales Assistant** to support a fast-moving sales team with CRM management, scheduling, proposal coordination, reporting, and sales operations support. This is not a sales-closing role. You’ll be responsible for keeping the sales pipeline organized, ensuring follow-ups happen on time, maintaining CRM accuracy, and helping sales reps operate efficiently. CRM Management & Sales Operations (Core Focus)** * Maintain accurate CRM records in: * **Salesforce** * **HubSpot** * **Zoho CRM** * **Pipedrive** * Update: * Leads * Contacts * Opportunities * Pipeline stages * Remove duplicates and maintain CRM hygiene * Ensure clean reporting and pipeline visibility * Support overall sales operations and workflow organization ### **2\. Scheduling & Calendar Coordination** * Schedule: * Sales calls * Demos * Follow-ups * Internal meetings * Coordinate calendars across multiple time zones * Manage scheduling using: * Google Calendar * Outlook * Calendly * Ensure sales reps are fully prepared before meetings * Handle reschedules, reminders, and meeting logistics ### **3\. Proposal & Sales Document Support** * Prepare and format: * Proposals * Quotes * Presentations * Sales documents * Support RFP/RFI responses using existing templates * Create polished sales materials using: * Google Slides * PowerPoint * Canva * Proofread documents for accuracy and professionalism ### **4\. Reporting & Pipeline Tracking** * Generate weekly and monthly sales reports * Track: * Pipeline activity * Conversion metrics * Sales KPIs * Maintain reporting accuracy for leadership visibility * Support dashboard updates and operational reporting ### **5\.
