### **Sales Assistant (CRM, Scheduling & Sales Operations Support) – Remote** **Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote **Working Hours:** U.S. Business Hours ### **About the Role** At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a highly organized and execution-focused Sales Assistant to support a fast-moving sales team by managing: * CRM updates * Scheduling and calendar coordination * Follow-ups * Proposal preparation * Reporting * Day-to-day sales operations This is not a direct selling role. Instead, you’ll play a critical role in helping the sales team: * Stay organized * Move deals forward * Maintain clean pipeline data * Coordinate communication efficiently * Improve operational execution If you enjoy organization, sales operations, coordination, CRM management, and supporting high-performing teams, this role is a strong fit. ### **What You’ll Own** ### **CRM Management & Sales Operations** * Maintain accurate CRM records within: * Salesforce * HubSpot * Zoho CRM * Pipedrive * Update: * Leads * Contacts * Opportunities * Pipeline stages * Activity notes * Remove duplicate records and maintain CRM hygiene * Ensure pipeline visibility and reporting accuracy * Support overall sales operations and workflow organization ### **Scheduling & Sales Coordination** * Schedule: * Sales calls * Product demos * Follow-up meetings * Internal meetings * Coordinate across multiple time zones using: * Google Calendar * Outlook * Calendly * Manage scheduling logistics and confirmations * Ensure sales representatives are prepared with: * Meeting context * Supporting materials * Agendas * Organize follow-ups and internal coordination activities ### **Proposal & Document Support** * Prepare, format, and proofread: * Proposals * Quotes * Sales presentations * Client-facing documents * Support RFP and RFI responses using templates and approved materials * Create polished sales assets using: * Google Slides * PowerPoint * Canva * Maintain organized document structures and version control ### **R
