### **Sales Assistant (CRM, Scheduling, Sales Support – Remote, U.S. Hours)** ### **About the Role** We’re hiring a **Sales Assistant** to support **sales operations, CRM management, scheduling, and proposal coordination**. In this role, you’ll keep the sales team organized and efficient by managing **data, meetings, documents, and communication** — allowing Account Executives to focus on closing deals. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with **CRM systems and sales support workflows** , this role is for you. ### **Responsibilities** ### **CRM Management** * Maintain accurate records in **CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive)** * Update leads, contacts, and opportunities with complete and current information * Monitor and clean data (duplicates, missing fields, outdated records) ### **Scheduling & Coordination** * Schedule **calls, demos, and follow-ups** across time zones * Use tools like **Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly** * Coordinate internal prep meetings and ensure reps are ready with materials ### **Proposal & Document Support** * Draft, format, and proofread **sales proposals, quotes, and presentations** * Assist with **RFP/RFI responses** using updated templates * Create and edit materials using **Google Slides, PowerPoint, Canva** ### **Reporting & Metrics** * Generate **weekly and monthly sales reports** from CRM data * Track **pipeline activity, conversion rates, and key KPIs** * Maintain dashboards for visibility into sales performance ### **Communication & Follow-Up** * Draft and send **follow-up emails, reminders, and thank-you notes** * Support inbound lead responses and route qualified prospects * Ensure timely and professional communication with prospects ### **Cross-Team Collaboration** * Coordinate with **marketing, finance, and operations teams** * Track deliverables to ensure a smooth customer journey * Support lead routing, contract approvals, and order processing ### **Requirements** * 1–2 years of experienc
