Maintain accurate CRM records
Remove duplicate records and maintain CRM hygiene
Ensure reporting accuracy and pipeline visibility
Support clean and organized sales workflows
Coordinate calendars across multiple time zones
Ensure meeting logistics are handled accurately
Prepare sales reps with schedules
Organize internal coordination and follow-up activities

Support RFP and RFI responses using templates
Create polished sales assets
Maintain organized documentation and version control
Generate weekly reports
