Maintain accurate CRM records
Update Pipeline stages
Remove duplicates and maintain CRM hygiene
Ensure clean reporting and pipeline visibility
Support overall sales operations and workflow organization
Coordinate calendars across multiple time zones
Manage scheduling using Google Calendar
Ensure sales reps are prepared before meetings
and meeting logistics
Prepare and format proposals
Format sales documents
Support RFP/RFI responses using existing templates
Create polished sales materials using Google Slides
Proofread documents for accuracy and professionalism
Generate weekly and monthly sales reports
Track pipeline activity
Maintain reporting accuracy for leadership visibility
Support dashboard updates and operational reporting
Draft professional follow-up emails
Draft reminder communications
Support inbound lead routing and coordination
Track internal handoffs and deal progress

### **🚀 Sales Assistant (CRM, Scheduling & Sales Operations Support) – Remote** **Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Business Hours** ### **💼 About the Role** We’re hiring a highly organized and execution-focused **Sales Assistant** to support a fast-moving sales team with CRM management, scheduling, proposal coordination, reporting, and sales operations support. This is not a sales-closing role. You’ll be responsible for keeping the sales pipeline organized, ensuring follow-ups happen on time, maintaining CRM accuracy, and helping sales reps operate efficiently.
