Must Have
1–2 years of experience in sales support, administrative support, operations, or coordination roles, Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar), scheduling and calendar management skills, Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, written English communication skills, Highly organized with attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience preparing proposals, sales decks, or presentations, Exposure to SDR, BDR, or sales team workflows, Experience in B2B SaaS, marketing agencies, recruiting, or professional services, Basic reporting and Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards, reporting)
What You'll Do.
Maintain clean and accurate CRM records
and pipeline stages daily
fix missing information
and maintain CRM hygiene
Coordinate meeting logistics
and proofread proposals
Support RFP and RFI responses
Create polished sales materials
Generate weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards
Track pipeline activity
Draft professional follow-up emails and meeting summaries
and next-step communication
Support inbound lead routing and initial coordination
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and sales teams; Track internal handoffs to ensure deals and tasks move forward smoothly; Help prevent delays or communication gaps across departments
