What You'll Do.
Supporting sales personnel
Assisting with customer inquiries
Handling administrative tasks
Ensuring a satisfying home buying experience
Greeting and welcoming visitors
Providing information about the community
Responding to customer inquiries via phone
Scheduling appointments
Preparing contracts and change orders
Opening/closing the sales center and model homes
Coordinating maintenance of sales center
Being in assigned selling location and ready to greet customers
Preparing model and self before scheduled opening time
Assisting with event planning
Showing prospective Buyers homes and homesites
Entering and assigning new leads in the marketing database system
Documenting daily traffic
Assisting sales team with reports and information summaries to management
Providing timely and consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with the Sales Leaders and Marketing team to plan, promote, and facilitate marketing events
Communication Scope
Responding to customer inquiries; Providing timely and accurate information
