Eligibility Requirements

Possibility to travel to Austria for technical training

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

First experience in Sales Support, Order Management or Sales Operations Roles, Intermediate English communication skills

Nice to Have

Prior exposure to the semiconductor industry or Semi supply chain environment is a advantage, Hands-on experience with TSMC SO360 system is preferred

What You'll Do.

Execute customer order management processes

including order entry

contract administration

and delivery coordination.

Operate customer-facing systems

including the TSMC SO360 portal

and document management.

Support SO360-related customer meeting registration activities for HQ and Taiwan colleagues (including Global Account Managers Taiwan and China)

Provide administrative and sales operational support to HQ and Sales Activities Management

including execution of assigned tasks and ad hoc requests.

Ensure data integrity and system accuracy across internal CRM platforms and external customer systems (e. g.

Monitor order progress

proactively follow up on delivery schedules

and escalate potential risks in a timely manner.

Support monthly closing activities

including billing verification and credit documentation

in collaboration with the Finance team.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Deliver reporting between local entity and HQ around sales progress

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Working closely with Global Account Managers (GAM) and headquarters in Vienna; Coordinate closely with Global Account Managers (GAM), Production Planning, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with customer requirements.; Strong coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a structured environment.
