Come build your future with us. ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re seeking a Sales Assistant to join our Dallas Infill team. This position combines customer-facing responsibilities supporting residential real estate transactions and critical sales administrative operations. You’ll be a key point of contact for prospective buyers and agents while ensuring seamless administrative operations that keep our sales process running smoothly. This role will primarily support the Dallas Infill team, but may also assist other markets as needed. This role is hybrid and will include a mix of in-person work at our Dallas office, job sites, and local showings, as well as some remote work from home. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Buyer & Agent Relations: - Engage prospective buyers and real estate agents, providing information about Homebound’s available homes, floor plans, and personalization options - Capture and qualify buyer leads according to Homebound’s criteria, including pre-qualification status and timeline - Coordinate and schedule buyer showings, property tours, and agent previews - Assist buyers in navigating the purchase process from initial inquiry through contract execution - Coordin
