Full Job Description

Brompton Tokyo is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our flagship store in Jingumae, Tokyo. As a key member of the store operations team, you will support the Assistant Store Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the store and help deliver an exceptional customer experience that supports the continued growth of the Brompton brand. As our business continues to grow and reach more customers, every interaction matters. In this role, you will help bring the Brompton customer experience to life, strengthen brand awareness, and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction as part of our flagship store team. ## Key Responsibilities * Deliver an outstanding Brompton customer experience at all times. * Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and confidently represent the brand, its values, and its mission to transform the way people live in cities. * Provide support for workshop operations. * Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries by phone and email. * Comply with all health and safety requirements and take reasonable care for your own wellbeing and that of others. * Help ensure stock levels are consistently maintained. * Use EPOS and other IT systems accurately and appropriately. * Support the daily running of the store and maintain high standards of cleanliness and visual merchandising. * Support store, stock, and general security procedures. * Receive deliveries, unpack stock, and store or display products appropriately. * Support in-store promotional activity, events, and campaign execution. * Implement merchandising and product layouts to a high standard in line with brand guidelines. * Complete training to become a community ride leader and support customer ride events. * Carry out other duties, within the scope of your skills and experience, as reasonably required. ## Skills & Experience This role would suit someone with experience in customer service and retail sales, a strong understanding of customer care,
