Must Have
12+ Months Experience selling products and/or services, 6+ Months Experience in Retail Banking sales, financial services sales or consultative relationship sales role in a related industry, with proven success in establishing new customers, deepening customer relationships and delivering results, 6+ Months Demonstrated successful Santander experience related to the essential functions and responsibilities of the Sales and Service Banker role. District Executive, District Operations Manager and Region President endorsement of performance, 6+ Months Customer service experience within a high volume, fast paced and constantly changing environment, 6+ Months Cash handling experience
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education, Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education, Experience in Microsoft Office products
What You'll Do.
meeting the financial needs of the customer to include transactional
processing teller transactions
identifying cross-sell opportunities
educating them on digital banking tools
Perform teller transactions
Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances
Assist with custodianship
and other operational tasks
