Object First is seeking a Sales and Partner Account Manager to lead revenue growth and partner development across the BeNeLux region. As Sales and Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving direct sales execution with end customers while simultaneously building and enabling a high-performing partner ecosystem. You will balance strategic account planning with hands-on opportunity management, ensuring pipeline progression, accurate forecasting, and consistent delivery against revenue targets. Your role will involve proactively driving territory execution across both end customers and channel partners, ensuring consistent pipeline progression and revenue delivery. You will develop and execute structured territory plans that align partner activity with direct sales engagement, accelerating opportunity movement and increasing win rates. Success in this role requires disciplined follow-up, strong forecasting accuracy, and a clear focus on delivering measurable commercial outcomes at pace.
