Through culturally relevant marketing strategies, bilingual campaigns, and digital growth initiatives, they help attorneys attract, engage, and convert Spanish-speaking clients. **About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to build, manage, and optimize a high-performing team of Account Executives. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through effective coaching, performance management, hiring, and sales process improvement.
