About the Role As a Sales & Leasing Agent, you’ll be the face of Havenpark in your community — guiding prospective residents through the home-buying and rental process from first contact to closing. You’ll combine relationship-building with strategic marketing to keep your pipeline full and your community thriving. The compensation structure is among the best in the industry: a solid base salary paired with a commission program that rewards top performers generously. Our highest earners bring home more than $100,000 in total annual cash compensation.
