What You'll Do.

Update Sales Master file daily with 100% accuracy

Audit sales paperwork for clarity and completeness

Compile and calculate monthly sales commissions

Manage the flow of sales leads for rapid response times

Act as the primary point of contact for field sales consultants

Resolve customer queries in real-time

Communicate customer issues to the right stakeholders immediately

Raise and track customer in jeopardy tickets

Build and maintain rapport with internal departments and external clients

Support the team with tender submissions

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with the Sales Manager for commission calculation; Provide feedback and recognition to lead generators; Act as the primary point of contact for field sales consultants; Ensure customer issues are communicated to the right stakeholders immediately; Build and maintain rapport with internal departments and external clients; Foster a positive culture between the Operations, Sales, and Business Support functions
