What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales or executive assistance (preferably in the IT sector/ IT project management), Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), working knowledge of project management tools such as Confluence, working knowledge of CRM systems such as Pipedrive, Highly process-oriented mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic business needs.
Nice to Have
Previous experience in an international working environment is a advantage
What You'll Do.
Prepare contracts in alignment with the Sales and Account Management teams
Support the invoicing process
including preparation of timesheets
ensuring timely and accurate billing
Work closely with Technical Delivery Managers to support day-to-day operations
Monitor and consolidate key performance indicators (KPIs)
Assist in regular performance and stakeholder reporting
Support with risk management activities and follow-up on individual measures
Support Sales Back-Office tasks and outreach-related activities in close collaboration with the Sales Team
Assist with presentation preparation for pitches
Contribute to overall back-office efficiency and smooth coordination of internal processes.
How You'll Work.
