Must Have
Proven experience in Sales with a performance track record (ideally 3+ years). Communication, negotiation, and customer-focused skills. Motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset. Ability to adapt to a rotational schedule, supporting international markets. English proficiency is required. Based in Barcelona.
Nice to Have
Background in Travel, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields. Experience working with CRMs such as Salesforce, Amadeus, or similar tools. Knowledge of travel trends or experience selling premium products.
