bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 5 years’ experience in sales and commercial in oil & gas or oilfield services industry (Pressure Pumping), extensive experience in tender preparation, fluent in English, able to coordinate several projects simultaneously

Our team is responsible for preparing proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment, working based on a predefined sales plan. **Partner with the best** This role combines strategic bid management, cross-functional coordination, and high-quality content development to deliver compelling, compliant, and customer-focused proposals. You will prepare proposals and bids, participate in negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. You will contribute to the sales plan in a specific region and define strategy for target clients. As a Sales Advisor - Proposal, you will be responsible for: * Leading and managing the end-to-end proposal development lifecycle, supporting sales teams in winning new business and expanding existing accounts. * Leading the complete proposal lifecycle: RFP/RFI/RFQ analysis, solutioning, content creation, submission, and follow-ups * Developing high-quality, customized proposals aligned with client requirements and business strategy * Ensuring all submissions are compliant, timely, and tailored to maximize win probability * Partnering with sales teams to shape deal strategies and value propositions, competitive positioning and Support executive summaries with presentations and client discussions. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, and Product teams) and act as the central point of contact for proposal-related communication thereby managing approvals, reviews, and sign-offs. * Continuously enhance response quality based on market trends and feedback.
