Must Have
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers confidently., Previous experience in a retail or sales environment, with a understanding of excellent customer service., Competent in using point-of-sale systems, processing transactions accurately, and handling cash responsibly., Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, adapt quickly to change, and manage multiple priorities., organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring high standards across the store., Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and driving customer satisfaction., Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods
What You'll Do.

Confidently handle customer enquiries
and after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay informed on product launches
and retail trends to drive sales performance.
Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets
promote key campaigns
and maintain high visual standards.
Operate tills accurately and responsibly
and exchanges in line with store policy and procedures
Support loss prevention by remaining vigilant on the shop floor.
