We operate across various educational sectors, including language training in our 40+ colleges across North America and Europe. * Contacting and following up on leads generated by our Marketing team. * Identifying customer needs and offering the most suitable products while keeping the CRM (Salesforce) up to date. * Guiding clients throughout the process until program booking and transferring them to the Customer Service team. ## Qualifications * Pursuing completion of a BS/MS degree in business administration, management or a related field. * Native-level English, additional EU languages are a plus. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Based in Barcelona or surrounding areas. ## Additional Information What we offer you : * 6 month internship (40h per week) * Working hours between 10:00 and 20:00, Monday to Saturday (rotating) * A young and dynamic work atmosphere * Study Support of 1020 Euros * Benefits: unlimited coffee and tea, free breakfast and fruit, and 2 weeks of intensive training in systems, product, and sales techniques.
